Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bhubaneswar . The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role requires regular interaction with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, coordinating with the showroom team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and staying updated on market trends and competitors.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, including identifying leads, pitching products, and closing deals
• Customer Relationship Management skills, focusing on building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Strategic Planning and Execution skills, including developing and implementing sales strategies
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills, both verbal and written
• Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
• Experience in the home decor or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
