Description
The L1 Production Support role involves providing first-level support for production systems, ensuring that applications and services run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other teams to maintain optimal performance.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide first-level support for production incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications and systems.
- Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements.
- Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Basic understanding of ITIL framework and service management processes.Familiarity with incident management tools and ticketing systems.Knowledge of SQL and basic database management.Experience with operating systems such as Linux or Windows.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Skills Required
