Job Summary :

Mindsprint is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow SecOps VR Specialist to join our security operations team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and optimizing Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow SecOps VR modules to enhance security posture and streamline vulnerability management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and configure ServiceNow SecOps VR modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow SecOps solutions with other security tools and IT systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop workflows, scripts, and automation rules to streamline vulnerability response processes.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of SecOps VR solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow SecOps applications.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices in SecOps
