With a minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, you will be responsible for managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
As a Senior Sales Account Executive, you will play a critical role in generating revenue, maintaining client relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor to our customers. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions while ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across assigned territories and markets.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients.
- Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Understand clients’ business needs and align solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
- Client Engagement & Retention
- Build long-term partnerships with clients by providing outstanding service and support.
- Anticipate client needs, resolve issues proactively, and ensure high levels of client retention.
- Conduct regular account reviews, presentations, and business updates.
- Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Provide feedback from the market and customers to influence product development and service enhancements.
- Contribute to sales planning, forecasting, and reporting to support organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus).3+ years of proven experience in sales, account executive roles, or business development.Strong ability to drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under pressure.A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and resolve client challenges.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
