Relationship Executive. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two
years of experience who have a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering
exceptional service. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary point of
contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and issues are resolved.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Monitor client accounts to identify growth opportunities and propose suitable solutions or services.
- Prepare and deliver client performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Actively seek and act on client feedback to improve service delivery and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance client engagement strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to better serve clients.
Skills and Qualifications
Masters degree in Operation, Supply Chain or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).Customer-focused with a proactive approach to solving problems.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Basic understanding of CRM software or willingness to learn.Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.Preferred Attributes
