We're seeking a highly strategic and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to serve as the central lead for driving successful market entry and accelerating growth across international territories for a fast-growing portfolio of wearables and related Reality Labs technologies.This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and can rapidly translate strategic vision into executed GTM (Go-To-Market) plans globally.Key Responsibilities : Global GTM and Growth LeadershipThis role acts as the central hub for global expansion, owning strategy, execution, and performance.Global GTM Strategy Ownership : Own and operationalize a clear go-to-market strategy for new international market launches.You'll bring a clear strategic point of view to inform decisions and critical trade-offs necessary for expansion.Cross-Functional Orchestration : Drive momentum and alignment across a vast network of global teams, including regional marketing, product, operations, sales, legal, policy, and channel partners, ensuring all elements of GTM are aligned and ready ahead of launch.Growth Roadmap & Prioritization : Define prioritization, strategic roadmap, and key success metrics across a range of cross-functional business initiatives focused on achieving aggressive sales, engagement, and retention goals.Insight-Driven Strategy : Partner closely with research teams to gather deep market, category, channel, and audience insights to inform precise launch tactics and ongoing growth strategies for specific international markets.Bottleneck Resolution & Scaling : Proactively identify and burn down bottlenecks, test new growth approaches, ruthlessly prioritize, and pivot quickly as needed.You'll double down on what works to rapidly scale our footprint across key international markets.Minimum Qualifications :
- The successful candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision and exceptional tactical execution ability, having thrived in dynamic, fast-paced technology environments.
- Strategic Experience (Mandatory) : 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, Product Marketing Management, or product management, preferably within technology, internet technology, or management consulting.
- Execution Focus : A demonstrable combination of strategic product marketing experience and proven, hands-on tactical execution.
- Data Proficiency : Extensive experience with customer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform robust product and GTM strategy.
- Cross-Functional Acumen : Proven experience working in a highly cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment built to move fast and pivot quickly.
- Launch Track Record : Experience delivering successful product launch results with diverse internal and external partners, including Product, Sales, Marketing, Comms, Partnerships, Legal, and Policy.
Preferred Qualifications :
International Launch Expertise : Proven Product Marketing experience launching complex consumer hardware, software products, and electronics in international markets.
- Domain Knowledge : Strong domain knowledge in AR / VR, wearable devices, mobile devices, and / or hardware / software platforms (Reality Labs context).
- Product Lifecycle : Experience working with both early-stage incubation products and established, mature products.
- Education : Degree in marketing, business, product development, or a related field, with an MBA degree being highly preferred
