TP-Link - Regional Technical Manager - Network Technologies

Job Title : Regional Technical Manager South : Enterprise Business / Technical : South India : 15+ To : Enterprise Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Regional Technical Manager (RTM) for South India who will be responsible for dual roles acting as an enterprise consulting lead and as a technical lead for Named ISP or Hospitality accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking technologies, excellent client engagement skills, and proven experience in large-scale Responsibilities :

• Serve as the regional enterprise consulting lead, supporting solution design, deployment, and technical alignment.
• Act as a technical lead for Named ISP / Telco or Hospitality accounts, offering preand post-sales support.
• Training & Certification and product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations for customers and partners.
• Drive and support large-scale network rollouts involving switching, wireless, and routing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve complex problems.
• Build and nurture relationships with key customers, system integrators, and channel partners in the region.
• Closely work with post sales team to lead Escalation for Key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal sales, product, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
• Represent the company in industry forums, partner events, and customer Skills & Competencies :
• Strong technical knowledge in Switching, Wireless, and Routing technologies (theory + hands-on).
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• In-depth familiarity with products from networking Brand / vendors like Cisco, HP, Netgear, D-Link, Ruckus, Aruba, Huawei , TPLink.
• Experience in handling large-scale deployments in enterprise, ISP, or hospitality segments.
• Strong communication and public speaking / presentation skills (must-have).
• Team leadership and cross-functional Certifications :
• OCNA / VCSA / CCNA / ACNP / PMP (preferred, not Profile :
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Strategic thinker and problem solver.
• Proven track record of client-facing roles and technical consulting.
• Willing to travel across the South India region.
