What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals
• Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and performance reviews
• Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws
• Partner with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture
