Operations Manager - Event Production | Full-Time | On-Site (Bangalore Urban)

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Event Production to oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of events from conception to completion. In this role, you will ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest operational standards , working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams. This is a hands-on role focused on event operations, production management, and smooth execution .

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end operational execution of events, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Manage logistics, vendor coordination, contract negotiations, and risk management

Supervise production materials, technical requirements, and on-site operations

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define operational requirements and deliverables

Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination across departments

Proactively identify operational risks and implement solutions

Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the event lifecycle

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of experience in event operations or production management

Proven expertise in budget management, logistics, execution, vendor management, and contract negotiation

Strong knowledge of event production materials and technical requirements

Excellent project management and team leadership skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
