Role : Source & Screen - Recruitment (IT Recruitment)
Responsibilities :
- Identify and source the candidates from job boards / Gr8 People / Indeed / LinkedIn and other sites. -
- Meet the monthly hire goals.
- Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities. - Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.
- Update and track candidates in ATS / GR8 people in accordance with standards in real time. - Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders.
- Work all assigned job orders until covered. - Attend daily / weekly req. meeting. - Establish relationships with consultants.
- Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
- Meet or exceed weekly / monthly expectations. - Conduct Text recruit / email campaigns
Preferred Skills :
