• Collaborate with senior staff to recognise exactly what is necessary to ensure optimum IT staffing solutions
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting cycle including writing job descriptions, employee screening, interview processes, and onboarding for IT-specific job profiles
• Keep track of the global IT trends, and job boards to enable effective and accurate recruitment
