As an Application Support Associate in our Portfolio Investment Governance tooling team, you will spend each day maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving a suite of interconnected applications at the heart of Finance & Business Management. You will be responsible for collaborating across Chief Finance Office teams, Controllers, Business Managers, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless operation and continuous enhancement of our platforms.
Our team oversees the firm's most critical systems for Investment Governance, Financial Management, Execution & Delivery, and strategic objectives. You will gain hands-on experience in product management, software development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production lifecycle methodologies, while adhering to risk guidelines.
You will be responsible for resolving incidents, analyzing patterns to prevent future issues, and delivering technical and procedural training to users. You will build key relationships with cross-functional teams, enabling our products to continuously deliver value and support the firm's strategic goals.
