Kitchen Section Lead

Job descriptionQuality Control : Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation; Inventory & Waste Management : Monitor stock, report shortages, minimize waste, and ensure proper labeling and storage. 5–8 years of professional kitchen experience in Indian, Conti, Halwai, Bakery, Oriental Cuisines Only Strong grasp of culinary techniques, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations. Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain quality during busy service. Culinary certification preferred but not mandatory.
Role Summary : As a CDP Of Multiple Cuisine at Food Whisperer, you’ll lead a specific kitchen section—Indian, Conti, Halwai, Bakery and ensure every dish meets the brand’s high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.

- Section Management : Independently manage Indian, Conti, Halwai, Bakery Cuisine kitchen section with precision and ownership.
- Cooking & Presentation : Prepare dishes per standard recipes;
ensure mise en place isready for smooth service.
