Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary
Associate Creative Director – Design
to lead and elevate our visual storytelling across digital, print, and motion platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise mentoring teams, refining creative outputs, and ensuring every visual aligns with brand intent and campaign goals.
This role requires a blend of
creative direction, design craft, and leadership . You’ll collaborate closely with clients, strategists, copywriters, and production teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful brand narratives across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Design Leadership
Lead the
end-to-end design process
across digital, social, print, and motion deliverables.
Translate brand objectives and creative briefs into compelling
visual storytelling and design systems.
Review and refine design outputs to maintain consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
Collaborate with
creative directors, writers, and strategists
to shape campaign concepts and visual direction.
Team Mentorship & Collaboration
Guide and mentor
junior and mid-level designers , ensuring growth and creative excellence across the team.
Establish design workflows, standards, and best practices for efficiency and quality.
Provide clear feedback and actionable direction to elevate creative outputs.
Execution & Craft
Work hands-on in
conceptualization, layout design, and visual execution
for digital campaigns and brand content.
Create or oversee
motion graphics, visual animations, and video design elements
using Adobe After Effects.
Manage
photo manipulation, retouching, and compositing
for high-quality visuals.
Ensure all assets meet platform-specific guidelines (Instagram, YouTube etc.).
Client Engagement & Collaboration
Present creative ideas and design strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
Partner with account, production, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive campaign outputs.
Participate in creative pitches, helping shape visual direction and presentation decks.
Innovation & Trends
Stay updated with
emerging design trends, motion design styles, and digital storytelling formats.
Introduce new tools, techniques, and processes to enhance creative quality and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience :
7–10 years in design, preferably in
advertising, digital, or content-led agencies.
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in
brand design, social content, and motion graphics.
Expertise in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
and familiarity with
Canva and Figma.
Strong grasp of
visual composition, typography, layout, and storytelling through design.
Proven ability to
lead and inspire creative teams
while managing multiple brand projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
