We believe in creativity backed by clarity, and we’re looking for a Creative Director who can lead with both vision and precision.

Role Overview :

We’re seeking a Creative Director who can turn client ideas into powerful visual stories. You’ll lead a team of designers, editors, and creators—bridging the gap between client vision and creative execution.

💡 Note : This is not a standard employment opportunity. We are seeking a long-term creative partner on an equity basis, someone ready to grow and build Qiksol’s creative legacy together.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor the creative team across design and video verticals.

Understand client goals and translate them into compelling creative concepts.

Oversee design, video, and brand direction for client projects.

Maintain consistent creative quality and storytelling across deliverables.

Collaborate with leadership to shape and scale Qiksol’s creative identity.

Requirements :

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven storytelling ability with a deep understanding of visual narrative.

Expertise in either graphic design or video editing.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

Ability to manage deadlines and maintain creative consistency under pressure.

Must not be camera shy.
