AS / 400 Developer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing clear, quality code to develop the best software. You will test your code, identify errors, and iterate to ensure quality code. You will also support our customers and partners by troubleshooting any of their software issues.

Required Skills

Programming Languages : RPGLE, RPG / 400, CLLE, SQL / 400

Database : DB2 / 400, Query / 400, SQLRPG

Tools / Utilities : SEU, SDA, RLU, PDM, DFU, Turnover (or similar change management tools)

Strong understanding of AS / 400 architecture, job scheduling, and security concepts

Experience with application modernization or integration with web-based systems is a plus

Proficient in performance tuning, debugging, and code optimization

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
