Key Responsibilities : - User Support : - Respond to and resolve user issues via phone, email, chat, or in person.- Provide support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software (Microsoft 365, browsers, email clients, etc.).- Hardware Support : - Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.- Replace or upgrade faulty components (RAM, hard drives, etc.).- Software & Application Support : - Install and update software applications.- Troubleshoot application errors and compatibility issues.- Network Support : - Assist with basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, IP configuration).- Report and escalate complex network issues to higher-level IT support.- System Maintenance : - Perform regular system checks, updates, and patch management.- Maintain asset inventory and ensure security compliance on all devices.- Documentation : - Log all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.- Create and update technical documentation and user guides.
