Roles & Responsibilities :
- Quadient Development & Optimization : Lead the development, customization, and optimization of Quadient Inspire Designer (Advanced & Interactive) and Scaler applications.
- Troubleshooting & RCA : Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Project Leadership : Lead version upgrades and migration projects from other CCM tools to the Quadient platform.
- Integration & Deployment : Implement and maintain simple API integrations to extend CCM functionalities.
- Provide expertise in the installation, configuration, and deployment of the Quadient Suite across various environments, including the Quadient Cloud.
- Collaboration & Documentation : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of CCM solutions.
- Document best practices, technical solutions, and project progress to maintain clear records.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : 8-10 years of experience with the Quadient Suite.Technical Expertise : Strong hands-on knowledge of Quadient Designer, Interactive, and Scaler.CCM Domain Knowledge : A deep understanding of Customer Communications Management (CCM) and its best practices.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise documentation.Education : Graduate or postgraduate degree in any field(ref : hirist.tech)
