Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thrissur for a Sr. Digital Marketing Executive. The Sr. Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging web content, and analyzing online performance metrics. Daily tasks include coordinating with the marketing team, overseeing online marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and update the company's website , ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
- Plan, execute, and oversee strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to build community and drive engagement.
- Lead SEO efforts :
- On-page SEO : Optimize website content, structure, and metadata.
- Off-page SEO : Build backlinks, manage external content, and drive authority.
- Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Promotions, etc.).
- Track, analyse, and report on website traffic, SEO performance, and social media metrics to measure ROI and effectiveness.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and external agencies as needed.
- Propose and execute new digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness , website traffic , and sales .
- Manage online reputation , including responding to customer reviews and inquiries across platforms.
- Support the launch of new products through digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a product-based company.Strong knowledge of SEO principles (both on-page and off-page).Proficient with website management systems (like WordPress, Shopify, etc.).Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager , and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.Preferred Skills :
