Product Manager (Fintech)

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager with a strong background in fintech and digital financial products . You will be at the center of product innovation—building intuitive, secure, and scalable financial solutions that solve real customer pain points. This role requires a unique blend of product vision, user empathy, and technical understanding to deliver seamless experiences in payments, lending, investing, or digital banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for fintech offerings (payments, wallets, lending, wealth, or related domains).
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle : from discovery, requirement gathering, and design → to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to build customer-centric products.
• Ensure products are compliant with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Leverage customer insights, data, and market research to make informed product decisions.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance and continuously optimize.
• Stay ahead of fintech trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, open banking, etc.).
