Performance Marketing Manager (Urgent Search)

Who you are

You eat ROAS for breakfast. You’ve run campaigns for a brand (preferably FMCG or D2C) where you’ve taken ROAS over 2.

You love creative testing, iteration, scaling channels, working with creative partners, refining messaging.

You know when to push budget, when to pause, and how to scale without blowing margins.

What you’ll own

• Define and execute performance marketing strategy : paid social (FB / IG, TikTok etc.), search, programmatic, SEM / Google Ads.
• Collaborate with designers / content teams for creative ideation and testing.
• Allocate and optimise budgets across channels.
• Scale campaigns while maintaining or improving ROAS.
• Handle tracking, attribution, and analytics.
• Manage retargeting, retention, loyalty, and repurchase campaigns.
• Run experiments / A / B tests, creative formats, and landing page variants.
