Backend Developer - Golang / Node.js

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain robust server-side systems that support millions of users globally. You'll play a key role in developing scalable microservices, efficient APIs, and high-performance databases that power our Responsibilities :

• Design and implement backend services using Go and Node.js
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices architecture
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs that are used by internal and external clients
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps to deliver seamless user experiences
• Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance through well-structured code and observability practices
• Optimize data storage and retrieval with effective use of SQL / NoSQL databases
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal Skills & Qualifications :
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in backend development
• Strong programming skills in Go (Golang) and / or Node.js
• Experience in designing and maintaining microservices
• Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Deep understanding of API design principles and RESTful services
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar)
• Solid knowledge of system design, architecture patterns, and performance tuning
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration to Have :
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices
