Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for Hyper-V virtualization environments and storage systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues related to Hyper-V configuration, performance, and connectivity.
- Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential problems to ensure system availability.
- Collaborate with the Level 2 support team to escalate complex issues that require higher-level expertise.
- Document support activities, solutions provided, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization technology and experience in supporting virtualized environments.Knowledge of storage systems such as SAN, NAS, RAID configurations, etc.Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and escalate issues as needed.Relevant certifications or training in Hyper-V administration or storage technologies would be advantageous.Skills Required
