Website and Ads Manager

Job descriptionPlan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube Ads, and Google Ads. Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI. Monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance with actionable insights. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Monitor organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings, maintain blogs and implement strategies to ensure smooth functionality in terms of UI / UX Track performance across multiple platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube Studio. Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements. Design and edit basic creatives for ads and website use (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools). Collaborate with creative / design teams for advanced requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or related field. 2–3 years of proven experience in website handling and digital ads management. Hands-on experience with Shopify & WordPress. Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console). Proven track record in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns. Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator). Knowledge of developing languages to ensure functionality upgrades. Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
