We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to empower fitness and health coaches with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in high-ticket sales.

Your mission will be to train, mentor, and track the progress of our clients, directly impacting their revenue growth and confidence. As a seasoned sales coach, you will transform nervous coaches into confident closers.

This role matters because it's building closers in the trenches. When coaches learn to sell, they stop undercharging. When they sell with confidence, they scale their income. And when they scale—you rise with them.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coach Fitness & Health Coaches on High-Ticket Sales : Conduct 1 : 1 and group coaching calls, teach probing, pitching, objection handling, and closing, refine scripts to match each client's niche & audience, and review call recordings and give actionable feedback within 48 hours.
• Build Sales Systems & Frameworks : Maintain and improve the Sales Playbook, document processes so clients can follow step-by-step, and track accountability metrics : call volume, show-up rate, close rate.
• Track & Improve Performance : Monitor client KPIs and share weekly reports with stakeholders, identify underperformers and create custom improvement plans.
