Position : HR Manager

Location : Erode

Experience :  Min 8 + Years of Relevant Experience in Textile Industry(From Spinning Division more advantage)

Salary : 9 -10 LPA

Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end Recruitment and Talent Acquisition for staff and workmen categories.
• Handle manpower planning, job postings, interview coordination, and selection processes.
• Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and ensure a harmonious work environment.
• Manage HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Liaise with labour departments, factory administration, and ensure adherence to labour laws.
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HRMIS data
• Ensure compliance with Factories Act, ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Drive HR policies and procedures implementation at the unit level.
