Job description

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, such as distributors or resellers for different states PAN India.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with partners to promote and sell.
  • Develop and implement channel partner onboarding and offboarding, including agreements, documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts.
  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions. Analyse partner performance, providing feedback and support to improve results.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the medical device industry to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the dealers and coordinate with all the new / existing dealers.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel Partners.
  • Provide support and guidance to channel partners on product and solution offerings.

Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
