About the Role

We’re looking for a HubSpot Implementation Expert who understands the HubSpot ecosystem inside out, from CRM setup to automation, integrations, and onboarding.

You’ll play a critical role in helping clients streamline their marketing, sales, and service processes using HubSpot tools.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone with 1–2 years of solid HubSpot experience who loves problem-solving, client communication, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HubSpot implementations from strategy to execution.
• Conduct HubSpot onboarding for Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Handle CRM setup, customization, and integration with third-party tools.
• Manage data migration (from and to HubSpot) with 100% accuracy.
• Design automation workflows, lead management processes, and reporting dashboards.
• Act as a solution architect, translating client business requirements into HubSpot solutions.
• Prepare and deliver client demos, training sessions, and live walkthroughs.
• Work closely with clients to identify gaps and provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams for project planning, execution, and performance reporting.
• Ensure timely project delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
