Sr. CAD Draftsman (MEPF)

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Digital Engineering teams to ensure MEPF-related drawings and models meet client standards and project requirements.
• Perform QA / QC processes for CAD and Revit-based models while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality benchmarks.
• Create and maintain quality plans, procedures, and checklists under the guidance of the QA / QC Team Lead.
• Support project documentation setup, such as organizing the project folder structure and information flow.
• Identify, report, and resolve non-conformance issues; ensure all design mark-ups are implemented before submission for approval.
• Assist in clash coordination and ensure constructability standards are met for both horizontal and vertical structure designs.
