• You have been running Meta Ads for 1+ years and know the difference between boosting posts and building real sales campaigns
• D2C and sales-focused campaigns are your bread and butter
• You actually enjoy reading campaign reports and finding stories in the numbers
• You are ready to work onsite in Bangalore because growth magic happens faster face-to-face
• You love sharing insights that help the growth team win, not just hitting publish on ads
