Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven HR Recruiter (Bulk Hiring Specialist) who can manage end-to-end mass hiring for multiple roles across centers and departments.
This role requires someone who is fast, organized, target-oriented, and excellent at sourcing large candidate volumes through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bulk Hiring & Talent Sourcing
Manage high-volume hiring for trainers, front desk sales, telecallers, counselors, field executives, operations staff, etc.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through :
Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine)
Social media hiring (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
WhatsApp groups & job communities
Campus hiring & local job fairs
Internal referrals
2. End-to-End Recruitment
Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlisting .
Schedule interviews with managers and follow up on feedback.
Coordinate walk-in drives and bulk interview days across multiple locations.
Release offer letters, maintain joining lists, and ensure joining compliance .
3. Database & Reporting
Maintain daily hiring dashboards , candidate trackers, and closure reports.
Ensure proper documentation for new joiners in line with HR compliance.
Track candidate dropouts and maintain strong backup pipelines.
4. Employer Branding & Outreach
Promote WTF Gyms as a preferred employer in local markets.
Build partnerships with colleges, training institutions, skill development centers, and gyms for manpower sourcing.
Create hiring flyers, messages, and basic recruitment content (with design support).
5. Coordination & Process Management
Work closely with HR, Operations, Sales, and L&D teams for manpower forecasting.
Ensure timely closure of urgent positions for new gym launches or high-growth phases .
Build a “speed hiring” culture with fast TATs.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong hands-on experience in bulk hiring / mass recruitment .
Excellent communication & convincing skills.
Ability to work under pressure with daily or weekly hiring targets .
Knowledge of sourcing channels and local job markets.
Highly proactive, organized, and process-driven.
Ability to screen candidates quickly and match them to job requirements.
