About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Coordinator to lead site operations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery. This role is pivotal to our company’s commitment to process excellence, client satisfaction, and seamless project execution .
As the key person in charge of site teams , you will drive efficiency, enforce company protocols, and serve as the bridge between clients, site engineers, and our operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management – Supervise and mentor site engineers, assess performance, and ensure efficient deployment of work.
Project Planning & Execution – Develop project timelines, allocate resources, monitor progress, and deliver within defined budgets.
Client Coordination – Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining client relationships and ensuring zero escalations.
Operations Alignment – Work closely with the Operations Head and office team to align site requirements with company protocols.
Cost & Budget Management – Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and monitor expenditures to ensure financial discipline.
Risk & Time Management – Identify risks, propose countermeasures, and maintain strict adherence to deadlines.
Quality Assurance – Ensure projects meet company standards and client expectations with timely updates and reviews.
Reporting & Documentation – Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and provide final project handover with insights for improvement.
Requirements

Requirements
Key Requirements : Experience & Qualifications : Experience : 15-20+ years in mall management, retail operations, real estate, or commercial property management. Education : MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Prior experience in managing large-scale shopping malls, commercial complexes, or retail properties are a plus. Skills & Competencies : Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in leasing, tenant relations, and revenue generation. Ability to analyze financial reports, budgets, and market trends. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work under pressure and manage crisis situations effectively.
