Job Description :

• This role is responsible for developing and / or implementing the corporate compliance programs across India and sub-continent, coordinating with others where necessary.
• The incumbent Works to adapt / implement corporate policies and procedures, develop and provide relevant training for employees and third parties on compliance related topics.
• Will play a key role in Providing compliance guidance, advice and support to Allergan Aesthetics India.
• Conducts compliance due diligence reviews of third parties and compliance vetting of specific transactions.
• Engages in risk assessment exercises and business projects to ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Helps identify monitoring needs and perform monitoring activities to minimize compliance risks.
• Conducts reviews and investigations on specific compliance issues.
• In addition, the post holder will implement the corporate ethics program in the India and sub-continent, adapting the program where necessary and providing ethics training and responsibility : NA.
