Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect with 10–15 years of proven expertise in designing and delivering high-rise residential projects within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end architectural design management, vendor coordination, and ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the design process for high-rise residential buildings , from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent and quality is maintained throughout all project stages.
• Oversee and manage the entire design lifecycle , including schematic design, design development, working drawings, and site execution support.
• Liaise with internal teams including Project Management, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
• Conduct periodic site visits to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine design strategies and improve functionality, aesthetics, and cost-efficiency.
• Maintain and update project documentation including drawings, specifications, and design reports.
