Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and creative Architect with expertise in AutoCAD, 3D visualization, interior design, and site management. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to conceptualize and execute designs, create mood boards, and use tools such as SketchUp to bring ideas to life. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for innovative design and the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop architectural designs, drawings, and layouts using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Create detailed 3D visualizations and realistic renderings of proposed projects.
Design and curate mood boards to communicate project concepts and aesthetics effectively.
Oversee and coordinate on-site project execution to ensure compliance with design, quality standards, and timelines.
Collaborate with interior designers to plan, design, and furnish interior spaces aligned with project requirements and client preferences.
Manage design iterations and modifications based on client feedback.
Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).

Strong understanding of interior design principles and aesthetics.

Knowledge of construction processes and on-site project management.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience :

We require candidate with minimum 10-12 years of experience in Architectural Planning.

Skills :

Creativity and attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Proficient in creating design documentation and presentations.

Ability to manage and coordinate multiple clients effectively.
