Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing suitable candidates using various channels. Your expertise in recruitment processes will enable you to evaluate candidates to ensure their qualifications match, cultural fit, and compatibility.
You will collaborate with clients to understand their strategic objectives and hiring needs, developing a targeted research strategy to meet their requirements. This will involve conducting market research on the client's company, competitors, and industry, as well as defining position requirements and documenting specifications.
You will source and track potential candidates, evaluating them to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility. Conducting confidential interviews and reference checks will also be an integral part of your role, along with presenting shortlisted candidates and providing detailed profile summaries.
Additionally, you will guide and facilitate negotiations until completion, following up with clients and assisting with candidate transition and onboarding. Nurturing long-term client relationships is also essential for success in this role.
