The ideal candidate will have expertise in Engineering and Non-IT staffing, with 4+ years of recruitment experience in various fields including manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, HR, sales, or related areas.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, confident, and customer service-focused, with excellent communication and teamwork skills. They will also have a proven ability to build and manage candidate pipelines using effective sourcing and engagement techniques such as job boards and social media platforms.
This role requires familiarity with hiring for mechanical, electrical, civil, and industrial engineering roles, as well as experience recruiting for finance, operations, HR, and professional services positions.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers. A valid US phone service and reliable internet access are essential requirements.
