Peoplesoft Technical Lead

Remote

12 Months Contract (Fulltime)

Objective :

  • Provide functional and technical application support.
  • Lead and coordinate technical development activities.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to analyze and implement business requirements.
  • Ensure timely communication and updates on task and project status.
  • Define and apply best practices in development, testing, and release management.
  • Establish contingency and backup planning for continuity of services.

Scope :

  • Manage incident resolution (level 2 and above) and root cause analysis.
  • Oversee small to medium changes and integrations within Campus Solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on system optimization and roadmap alignment.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
