• Shift timings : EST / GMT; Interviews scheduled between 2 : 30–5 : 30 PM IST
• Mandatory requirement : Avature certification.

Position Summary

This role provides regulatory and compliance oversight, manages escalations, and ensures timely and effective resolution of issues.

Designs and scales integrations with deep architectural insight; proactively improves reliability and automation; teaches others.

Understands core concepts and can implement with guidance; has partial but relevant experience within the past year.

Should have recent hands-on experience; independently owns and delivers

API integrations with strong documentation and testing discipline.

Mandatory Skills :

Integration project experience

Apache NiFi exposure (used by Avature for integrations)

ATS / CRM understanding (preferably Avature)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation, configuration, and workflow integrity of the Avature ATS.

Work closely with HR, IT, and Recruiting to ensure Avature aligns with business needs and industry best practices.

Guide team on integrating Avature with other HR platforms as needed.
