Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Hyderabad. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from concept through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing submittals, collaborating with cross-functional design and engineering teams, ensuring compliance with environmental standards like LEED, and leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. The role also involves project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and the ability to prepare and review detailed submittals

• Strong skills in Project Management including scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination
• Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and commitment to sustainability
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and technologies
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience with high-end residential or commercial projects is a plus
