Chief Hostel Superintendent

Sainik School Hanumangarh is looking for a

highly disciplined and responsible Chief Hostel Superintendent

who can take full charge of hostel operations and ensure a safe, structured, and motivating environment for our cadets.

Ex-Army Personnel & Candidates With Hostel Management Experience Preferred

If you have managed hostels earlier or come from a defence background, you will be a strong fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee

complete hostel management

and residential life

Ensure discipline, grooming, safety, and daily routines of cadets

Maintain hostel hygiene, cleanliness, and infrastructure

Monitor attendance, behaviour, and student well-being

Coordinate with teachers, admin, and parents

Supervise mess, meals, wardens, and hostel staff

Act as a mentor, guide, and guardian for students

Ideal Candidate

Ex-Servicemen / Ex-Army personnel preferred

Candidates with prior Hostel Warden / Superintendent experience strongly preferred

Ability to handle teenagers with discipline and empathy

Strong communication, leadership & crisis-handling skills

Energetic, proactive, and student-friendly approach
