Marketing Coordinator (Ahmedabad)

Job description2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, content creation, or similar roles. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Excellent communication skills—both for managing tele-calling teams and for on-camera presence. Basic video production knowledge is a plus. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Major Responsibilities :
- Act as the main link between the central marketing team and your branch for all campaigns.
- Plan and run local marketing activities—both online and offline.
- Keep branch social media pages active by updating the content calendar regularly.
- Manage the tele-calling team to ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversions.
- Support lead generation efforts and help improve conversion speed.
- Appear in videos and Reels to promote PFEC’s services, events, and success stories.
- Organize and coordinate branch-level events and campaigns.
- Track campaign results and share useful insights to improve future campaigns.
- Submit regular reports to the central marketing team.
