Immediate Start : Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

• Executive support : provide day-to-day support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, coordinating travel and accommodation
• Meeting coordination : manage end-to-end scheduling and logistics for internal and external meetings, including booking meeting rooms, restaurants and handling related arrangements
• Internal communications & liaison : act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and execution
• Office administration : assist with general office administration, including ordering supplies, coordinating facilities requests and supporting ad-hoc office-related tasks
• Operational support : support operational processes such as timesheet tracking, data collation, internal reporting, and follow-ups
• Project & process coordination : track progress of internal initiatives, manage action points and coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery
