Job descriptionNode.js with Express.js or Fastify RESTful API design and implementation JWT-based authentication and OAuth 2.0 Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) WebSockets / Socket.io for real-time features PostgreSQL with complex queries and optimization MongoDB for document storage Prisma ORM or Mongoose ODM Database indexing and performance tuning Schema design and migrations Git workflows (branching, PRs, code reviews) API integration (third-party services, payment gateways) Security best practices (data encryption, input validation) Unit and integration testing (Jest, Supertest) Debugging across the entire stack AWS or GCP deployment experience Docker and containerization CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) Redis for caching and session management Basic understanding of Kubernetes HIPAA or GDPR compliance experience Handling PHI (Protected Health Information) Secure file upload systems for medical records Experience with healthcare or fintech products Progressive Web Apps (PWA) GraphQL APIs Microservices architecture Performance monitoring (New Relic, Datadog) Server-side rendering optimization

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the frontend and backend, writing clean code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
