Manager - Partnerships : Earth Focus Foundation

Role description : As the Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with HNIs, CSR Foundations, Philanthropic Foundations, nonprofits, and other key stakeholders. You will oversee grant management processes, including proposal creation and ongoing donor engagement. Your role will also involve representing the senior management at external meetings and collaborating with partners to secure additional resources for program expansion. .

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and build a pipeline of donors to support EFF's expansion for the next 5 years.
• Build, lead and maintain partnerships with HNIs, CSR Foundations, Philanthropic Foundations, Non profits and other relevant stakeholders.
• Create proposals and pitch decks for funders and other partners.
• Represent the senior management in external meetings, conferences, and workshops.
• Oversee impact monitoring and reporting with the program teams, including preparing progress reports and annual impact reports.

Qualifications :

Location : Mumbai ( quarterly visits to campus at Kanha )

Reporting to : Executive Director

Remuneration : Competitive to industry standards

About Earth Focus Foundation - Earth Focus Foundation is a non-profit working to empower tribal communities and restore nature in the buffer zone of Kanha National

Park, Madhya Pradesh. Through a community-led approach, they work on two key

Programmes : nature-based livelihoods and contextual education. The first is an

agroecology-based model that enables tribal farmers to restore degraded land, and

the second builds foundational literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking through a

biodiversity-based curriculum.
