We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, with the ability to deliver high-quality scalable solutions. This role requires hands-on development skills, problem-solving ability, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Work with QA teams to ensure successful testing and deployment of solutions.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
• Proven experience with CURSE (Customization, Upgrade, Reporting, Support, Enhancement)
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, frameworks, and practical applications.
