Job Title : Business Unit Head – Infrastructure & Cloud Services

Location : Bangalore, India

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Unit Head to lead our Infrastructure and Cloud Services division. This role is responsible for driving GTM strategy, sales growth, delivery excellence, and team leadership, ensuring seamless execution of managed services and solution offerings for clients.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Solution Architect in Infrastructure and Cloud, combined with strong business acumen and leadership skills to build and grow the business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • GTM & Sales Leadership : Define and execute go-to-market strategies for Infrastructure services to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Client Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, driving customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Managed Services Delivery : Oversee the delivery of high-quality managed services, presales activities, and solutioning for clients.
  • Hiring & Team Building : Partner with leadership to hire and develop Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs) and Architects across various accounts.
  • Strategic Planning : Align business unit goals with organizational strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.
  • Solution Architecture Expertise : Provide technical and strategic guidance leveraging past experience in infrastructure and cloud architecture.
  • Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum of 15+ years in IT services with at least 3+ years of recent experience in a leadership role (BU Head, Practice Head, Delivery Head).
  • Proven track record as a Solution Architect in Infrastructure and Cloud Services in the earlier stages of career.
  • Strong understanding of Managed Services, Presales, Solutioning, and Client Engagement.
  • Ability to hire, mentor, and lead high-performing technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
