Your Key Responsibilities :
Who Are We Looking For?
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role (preferably in fintech)
Proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams
Strong leadership with the ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and make quick decisions
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)
A positive, proactive mindset with out-of-the-box thinking
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills. Be able to analyze data, draw conclusions
Ability to create sales strategy based on incoming data and adapt sales strategy in a timely manner
Excel knowledge
Ability to provide results in the form of clear, understandable reports based on data rather than words
