• ????‍???? Role : Fulfilment Executive (CS Executive)
• ???? Location : Koramangala, Bangalore (Onsite)
• ???? Experience : Minimum 1 Year (Telesales / Inside Sales)
• ???? Key Responsibilities :
• Manage load & lorry matchmaking efficiently across multiple routes.
• Ensure seamless fulfilment of shipments with high customer satisfaction.
• Engage with transporters and customers for negotiation and coordination.
• Provide customer support and upsell cross-platform services when applicable.
• Track daily operations and maintain accurate data using Google Sheets and reporting

tools.

• Support the team in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.

✅ What We&aposre Looking For :

• 1+ year of experience in logistics operations, especially in load-lorry matchmaking.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in customer service and cross-selling.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.
• Fluent in Kannada & Hindi, working knowledge of English (additional languages

are a plus).
