We're Looking For :

Experience : 1 - 3 years in a customer service or technical service role.

Communication : Exceptional verbal communication skills.

Empathy : A genuine passion for helping people and a strong sense of responsibility.

Flexibility : Comfortable with complete night shifts and a 24 / 7 work environment.

Commitment : This is a full-time, Work from Office role.

Education : Any graduate degree.

Preferred : Basic understanding or any customer support certification
